Hey, I'm Amir!

Hi, I’m Amir Shammasi, and I help business owners work smarter, not harder.

For years, I watched incredible people pour their energy into their business… only to get stuck doing repetitive tasks, chasing leads, and trying to keep systems together with duct tape. I’ve been there myself. Between project engineering, startup attempts, and helping friends’ businesses behind the scenes, I realised something important:

Most businesses don’t need more effort, they need better systems.

That’s what pushed me into automation, AI, and building streamlined processes that actually make life easier.

My Journey

I started my career in engineering and project coordination, where everything depended on structure, timing and systems. If one part failed, the whole project felt the impact, instantly. I carried that mindset into everything I built after: whether it was tech, marketing, or operations.

But I didn’t stop at engineering.
I’ve launched startups, helped local businesses grow, experimented with funnels, automations, AI voice agents, CRMs, and every tool you can imagine. Some ideas worked incredibly well. Others? They taught me priceless lessons.

Each experience pushed me closer to what I do today.
